Freeciv is a turn-based, multi-player strategy game modelled after Civilization. In this game, each player leads a civilization and fights to become the greatest civilization. You can play with the computer or other human players over the network. Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice. Delete $PLUGINSDIR and [NSIS].nsi. Move all subfolder in $_OUTDIR to the root folder, then delete $_OUTDIR. Launch civclient.exe. Be sure to read Introduction to Freeciv for more information on how to play the game.
