Empire Master is a challenging conquer-the-world strategy wargame. Youstart with a single city and use it to produce armies to go out andconquer more cities so you can produce more armies and ships and planesuntil you capture the entire world. The only problem (there is always aproblem) is that the machine is also building armies and conqueringcities and fully intends to capture the world for itself.
