It is necessary to uninstall BVRP Modem on Hold Software prior to installing this driver in the event that you are updating from a previous driver revision. Go to the Control Panel and double click on Add\Remove Programs. If the BVRP Modem on Hold Software is installed, please highlight the entry and choose uninstall.
